1. No Refund Policy for Digital Services
All services offered through BMPS ONE (mobile recharge, bill payments, AEPS, money transfer, etc.) are digital and instant in nature. Once a transaction is successfully processed, it cannot be refunded or reversed.
2. User Responsibility
You are solely responsible for entering the correct mobile number, bill account number, or Aadhaar number. Please verify the transaction details carefully before proceeding. AB PAYMENT will not be liable for any incorrect entry or mistaken recharge.
3. Failed Transactions
If the transaction fails and the amount is debited but the service is not delivered, the amount will be automatically refunded to your wallet or reversed to your bank account within 3 to 5 working days depending on the service provider.
If not credited within this period, please contact our support team with the transaction ID.
4. Duplicate Transactions
If any duplicate transaction occurs due to system or network error and is verified by our backend, a refund will be processed within 7 working days.
