1. Requesting Account Deletion
Users of BMPS ONE may request permanent deletion of their account and associated data. To do this, please send an email to: support@abpayaeps.com with your registered mobile number and account details.
2. Data That Will Be Deleted
User account information (name, mobile, email if any)
Transaction history stored in the app
Wallet balance (if any, subject to refund policies)
3. Data Retention
Certain data may be retained as required by Indian laws/regulations (for example: AEPS / financial transaction records) even after account deletion.
4. Timeframe
All deletion requests will be processed within 7 working days.
